Presented by The Wine Centric Show, BBQ & Bubbly made its inaugural debut with a sold-out experience, bringing together more than a dozen acclaimed chefs and pitmasters, 20 sparkling wines, local craft beer, desserts, and dynamic mini-masterclasses.
Hosted at Fenton in Cary, North Carolina, the elevated yet welcoming event drew over 1,000 food and wine enthusiasts—joined by national culinary talent and thought leaders—spotlighting Raleigh and the Triangle as a rising premier culinary destination.

The mini masterclasses, led by nationally recognized experts, added a bold blend of flavor and insight to BBQ & Bubbly:
André Hueston Mack—award-winning sommelier, winemaker, and Bon Appétit personality—broke down sparkling wine with clarity and edge, highlighting its unexpected pairing potential with barbecue.
Adrian Miller, two-time James Beard Award–winning author and food historian, explored the deep roots of Black culture in American barbecue.
